Christmas Eve

Haylie came over early to help me set the table. For Christmas Jody, Jenny and Mandy gave me some candlesticks, salt and pepper shakers, jam bowl, and a double tier plate that match my Christmas china. Now everything matches--isn't it beautiful I am so excited.
Our beautiful REAL tree!!

Outside our home--new red and green lights along the house this year.

Papa is the chef---yeah ham!!!
Ready to feast!!

All too soon, time to blow out the candles--we are stuffed!!

Haylie suggested the kids needed to sleep so Santa could come, while grandma and mom cleared up the dinner.
Zoey and Alex were not so convincing.
Sam had no trouble falling asleep.

Haylie, Zoey and Alex doing the Nativity while Grandma reads the story.
Zoey says the angel is "flying"
New Christmas Pajamas. Zoey even used the bow hers was tied up with.

We took turns reading stores--the kids listened pretty good.
A break for a yummy desset made by Jenny--she wondered why we never have dessert, so she made some.

Jenny and Mandy bought the same PJ's, Mandy bought hers in Kansas, Jenny in Utah.
Only two sisters this Christmas eve, Stef was with the Delahunty's and Jody started her own traditions home with her family. We missed them, but are sure they had a great time too!!
Katsilas family
I truly should have posted the 8 or 9 other pics, the Heikkilas are one family that is hard to take a pic of--but this one turned out cute, the secret?? Just keep clicking like Zoey does.
