Mo's and Newport

Old Town in Newport had road construction (not anything new to Utahans) So we had to park up the hill and walk down to get to Mo's our traditional stop for the best cobbler, Marionberry!!
It will be nice when it is finished, maybe next time we visit.

The original Mo's, it was one half this size and had a garage door opening.

Eagerly awaiting lunch.
The kids were so excited, their drinks came with sharks over the straws.

Digging in--yum!
Marionberry Cobbler!!!
Then we headed over to the harbor to see the seals.
They were looking at us too.

Pictures from the other side of Newport bridge..(see following post)

Watching the boats is always fun.
Too bad I don't have a recording of how noisey these guys are--it really is deafening.
Savannah being kept safe.
Mandy going after Zoey too!

We went shopping in this little area by the aquarium, it must be new, not very many people or shops, but lots of cute props, hopefully it will do well.

A standin for the absent Dusty--don't worry, she's not too interested in him.
Em thought a girl pirate was pretty cool!!

I never thought of myself as the mermaid type, but why not!!

Mike fits the pirate type I think--these three posts starting with this one were on the same day. It was such a fun one, and the weather was nice too!!
