Brian and I decided we have had enough of cold, fog and snow, so we flew to California last week, what a wonderful time we had.

What a fun little place, we enjoyed walking around and having fish and chips and clam chowder for lunch--hello seafood--our favorite!!
The beach, it was about 68 degrees, and it sure did feel good.
This is the car we rented, and as you can see it was not crowded on Wednesday.

We didn't ride the ferris wheel, but it was fun to look at.
The birds are not shy at all, this baby seagull loved getting his picture.
We are loving the weather!!!!

I'm so jealous you got to go to the beach and eat seafood with warm weather! Sounds about perfect.
You went to the beach with the temp. at 68!!?? Either your are crazy or from Utah and think that's warm! LOL

One correction, just in case anyone is wondering why we are parked in a handicap spot at the beach. Linda has mistaken that car for the one we rented, it kind of looks the same but it is not. It’s not even the lot we parked in.
Sunshine, short sleeves and palm trees! I am jealous, hopefully we will have warmer weather soon! So happy you guys were able to get away, looks like it was fun.
